{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"ec802429caf4842b206fe82e","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ec802429caf4842b206fe82e","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ec802429caf4842b206fe82e","title":"Solventless Laminator Operator","description":"*Solventless Laminator Operator*\n\nSince 1974, Repacorp, Inc. has been serving the label industry with one of the most diverse stock label programs for Direct Thermal, Thermal Transfer, Laser, RFID and Flexible Packaging in the industry.\n\n*Repacorp Division located in Franklin, WI. is looking for a full-time Solventless Laminator Operator 1st Shift (Monday – Thursday 6AM – 4:30PM)*\n\n*Responsibilities include but not limited to: *\n\n* Reports to Production Manager\n* Consults with Manager on daily schedule and production assignments\n* Stock press with adequate supplies to meet production goals\n* Set-up and operate Nordmeccanica solventless laminator\n* Maintain open lines of communication with all departments\n* Work closely with HP operator and Art Department\n* Resolves issues as needed\n* Maintain logs of previous jobs and issues – other paperwork as needed\n* Maintain excellent quality standards\n* Maintain daily housekeeping\n* Keep a clean and safe work environment\n* Follow all PPE policy and procedures\n* Follows all GMP Standards\n\n*Requirements: *\n\n· 1 year + Solventless Lamination Experience preferred – Will train the right candidate\n\n· Basic computer knowledge is needed\n\n· Detailed oriented along with excellent organizational skills\n\n· Must be able to work positively with multiple team members to accomplish production goals.\n\n· Work diligently and accurately and will possess a great problem-solving ability.\n\n* Must be able to troubleshoot production equipment.\n* Must possess the skills necessary to learn detailed aspects of job\n* Safely lift up to 50 lbs chest high on a daily basis\n* Standing a large percentage of the work day\n\nRepacorp offers competitive wages based on experience.
