Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality 3D content, self-published games, and NFT-based innovations that push the boundaries of creativity and technology.We’re seeking a Sound Designer & Content Capture Specialist to join our team and help craft the immersive audio and compelling gameplay showcases that define our projects. This role combines sound creation and game content capture for trailers, chapter narratives, and gameplay highlights across multiple titles — not locked to one project or biome.❓WHO ARE WE LOOKING FORWARD TO HIRING?❓We need a multi-project sound designer with an eye for cinematic moments and an ear for immersive worlds. You’ll handle both audio creation and gameplay capture, producing content for various upcoming games in the 3MetaD portfolio. This means working on fantasy RPGs, competitive multiplayer arenas, narrative-driven adventures, and more — adapting your style to each.You must be equally comfortable designing a magical combat impact, capturing a tense boss fight, or editing a clean, high-energy trailer.✅COMPENSATION ✅Revenue-based / Percentage-based compensation model to its employees. , there is no upfront payment available at the moment.This means that employees will receive a certain percentage of the company's profits as their salary. This compensation model is designed to incentivize employees to help the company succeed, as their personal success will be directly tied to its success.Commission will depend on sales obtained to projects you contribute and distributed based on the contribution/output. Our default structure is a per collection/project basis and distributed at a department level.This will be broken down to a individual level in the departments, each department will be assigned a % of all earnings, and all members of that department will receive a contribution based on the output and effort applied;Department allocation: 20% / 4 (members of department) = equal load between department 5% percent of profits for that collection.✅Equity: ✅We are also offering company equity as part of our long-term compensation package. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of a growing company and have a real stake in its success.⭐Key Responsibilities⭐Sound Design (Universal)Create, edit, and organize high-quality sound effects for multiple projects (average ~60 custom-designed sounds per game or major content update).Use AI-assisted tools to speed up workflow, but add creative input to ensure originality and uniqueness.Develop thematic audio palettes for environments, combat, UI interactions, and narrative beats.Manage and maintain an organized sound library for quick implementation across different projects.Content Capture (Universal)Record high-quality gameplay footage for use in:Game trailers and cinematic promos.Chapter/narrative videos.Gameplay showcases and feature breakdowns.Capture only clean, polished in-game moments — no visible UI clutter, bugs, or frame drops.Focus on storytelling through gameplay: dynamic combat encounters, puzzle-solving moments, exploration highlights, and character-driven events.Video ProductionEdit and produce short-form and long-form content for marketing and community engagement.Maintain cinematic pacing — ensuring high-impact moments and smooth transitions.Collaborate with the game team to ensure captured content aligns with lore, tone, and marketing goals.Deliverables & WorkflowMaintain a shared library of sound effects, voice lines, and gameplay footage updated monthly.Label all files using a clear, agreed-upon naming convention.Meet deadlines with consistent output across multiple projects.🤹 Core Skills:: 🤹Proficiency in sound editing software (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Adobe Audition, Reaper, or similar)Field recording & Foley experience a plus.Familiarity with AI tools for audio creation & enhancement.Video capture & editing expertise (OBS Studio, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).Strong understanding of game mechanics and pacing for highlight capture.Experience with Unreal Engine gameplay capture preferred.Access to a high-performance Windows PC capable of handling sound design and high-resolution video editing.Technical Requirements:Strong understanding of game mechanics and how to showcase them dynamically.Experience working with Unreal Engine games is a plus.Familiarity with tools for footage editing and organizing (e.g., OBS Studio, Premiere Pro, or similar).Access to a high-performance Windows PC for game capture.👍 Qualities We’re Looking For: 👍Creative Versatility Ability to adapt style to different genres and project needs.Attention to Detail Commitment to delivering polished, glitch-free assets.Adaptability Willingness to shift between multiple game projects and styles.Collaborative Spirit Works well with devs, artists, and marketing teams.Proactive Mindset Finds opportunities for improvement and takes initiative.🈸APPLICATION PROCESS⚙️Initial Screening: Submit your resume and a cover letter highlighting relevant experience in executive support, investor relations, or outreach.Challenge: If selected, you will receive a short challenge to assess your strategic communication and coordination skills.Interviews: We’ll conduct a series of interviews to understand your skills, experience, and alignment with 3MetaD’s vision and culture.Final Offer: We make final decisions within two weeks of the last interview, providing an offer with detailed compensation and equity options.
