Full-Time - SEASONAL Employment (April-Oct) Excellent pay and benefits - Outside working conditions Come join Poolside for seasonal Pool Maintenance. Position Summary: Responsible for efficiently cleaning and vacuuming swimming pools or spas, maintaining and adjusting chemical levels and providing exceptional customer service. Main Duties: Provide customers delivery of product to customers Provide customers cleaning and general maintenance on all job sites assigned Responsible to learn how to turn pool systems on & off, re-prime pumps Attend all required shift or company meetings Attain proper tools or items needed to complete the job for the day Assist Service Technicians with pool opening and closing jobs Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of company vehicles and tools Effective and proactive communication with team members to solve problems or relay clear information Maintain open communication, effective and cooperative relationships with customers and co-workers Responsible for professional work habits, attire and conduct including: come to work daily on-time, with absences reported promptly, all deadlines met, following employee handbook Work safely with required PPE at all times, following all proper safety procedures All other duties as assigned Position Requirements: 1 year of experience working around pools preferred Must have valid drivers license Computer skills required for customer ticketing software Must have solid written and oral language skills Competent data entry skills required Excellent attendance is required Competency’s Needed: Attention to Detail/Accuracy Integrity and Trust: is widely trusted, seen as direct, truthful and can present the truth in an appropriate and helpful manner, keeps confidences, admits mistakes, does not misrepresent self for personal gain Drive for Results: can be counted on to achieve goals successfully; is bottom-line oriented, steadfastly pushes self and others for results Problem Solving: uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions Organizing: can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently Teamwork: effectively work with others in a helpful and cooperative manner; constructively solve problems or conflicts ensuring the relationship is intact Time management: uses time effectively and efficiently Physical Requirements: See complete Job Analysis for details.
