QC Chemistry Technician

Location: Newark, DE (Onsite)Employment Type: Temp-to-HireSchedule: Rotating 12 hour shifts (Days & Nights)Pay Rate: $30.00 to $32.per hourAbout The OpportunityZing Recruiting is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturer to add two QC Chemistry Technicians to their onsite Quality Control Laboratory. This is a hands on analytical role supporting real time testing for a high throughput, continuous production environment.You’ll join a collaborative QC team known for strong technical expertise, problem-solving, and a culture of continuous learning.ResponsibilitiesQuality & Analytical TestingPerform wet chemistry and analytical testing: pH, conductivity, viscosity, particle size/sieving, dry analysis, and GCReceive and test samples from multiple active production lines every two hoursDeliver real time results to support process adjustmentsProduction Environment Support Work closely with operations during:Dryer operationsSpray dryingCoating and blendingMultiple parallel manufacturing processesCommunicate clearly regarding required process modifications Documentation & ComplianceEnter QC results into LIMS (SoftTrace)Complete required paper documentation for packaging and deposit dataFollow all GMP, safety, and site quality proceduresSchedule12 hour shifts (7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM)48 hours one week / 36 hours the nextRotating days/nights every 28 days2 weekends on, 2 weekends off7 day break built into the rotationQualificationsPrevious experience in a GMP-regulated laboratoryExperience with wet chemistry, analytical instrumentation, and routine QC testingAbility to perform in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and openness to feedbackComfortable working onsite on 12 hour rotating shiftsWhy Work Here?Highly experienced team with extensive industry knowledgeExposure to a variety of processes and real-time manufacturing decisionsStrong culture of teamwork and continued learningStable company with opportunities for long-term growthZing Recruiting EEO StatementZing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
