Who we are: Smile Savers is a membership club that helps its members get discounted pricing for their dental needs. We undertake the difficult task of evaluating dental offices that provide high quality dental care and negotiate on behalf of our members the best possible rates for them! Job Summary: Smile Savers is seeking a detail-oriented Membership Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new membership programs, managing existing membership programs, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating various events and activities to market to potential new members. Responsibilities: - Process new member applications and renewals - Manage membership database and ensure accurate and up-to-date records - Coordinate membership events, meetings, and activities - Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person - Collaborate with the team to enhance member engagement and retention - Conduct data entry tasks related to membership information Qualifications: - Previous experience in membership sales, or in a similar sales role is preferred - Proficiency in computerized systems for data management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Experience in event planning is a plus - Familiarity with Google Suite or similar office software is desirable Join our team as a Membership Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting our members and enhancing their overall experience.
