Job Description OverviewDavid Rives Ministries is seeking a full-time Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This versatile role provides vital support to both administrative operations and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced ministry environment. The ideal candidate will assist the President, Operations Manager, and Marketing Director with professionalism, excellence, and a servant-hearted attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership and department managersManage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetingsProfessionally handle emails, phone calls, and general inquiriesMaintain accurate records, databases, and contact management systemsSupport internal communications, follow-up tasks, and project coordinationOrganize files, documents, reports, and office systemsAssist with planning and logistics for events, meetings, and ministry functionsMarketing & Communications SupportWrite email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact (newsletters, promotional emails, scheduling, distribution, and other similar tasks)Support press releases, media outreach, and publicity effortsConduct outreach and promotional activities with local hotels, tourism partners, schools, and community organizationsHelp coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and eventsAssist with content organization, proofreading, and preparation of communication materialsSupport social media and video scheduling as neededPull analytics and generate reports/spreadsheets from web, social, CRM, and other platformsManage keywords and tags across platformsQualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize effectivelyAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamPositive attitude, servant leadership mindset, and flexibilitySelf-starter who takes initiative and owns tasksExcellent time management skillsPassion for ministry, education, and outreachCreative thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesPreferred TraitsMinimum 1 year of professional administrative assistant experienceExperience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platformsMarketing, campaign, or digital advertising experience is a plus
