In this role, you will support leadership and program offices by tracking portfolio and project performance, coordinating program activities, developing briefing materials, and supporting policy, guidance, and operational requirements. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to support portfolio analysis, program reviews, risk management, tasking, strategic planning, and process improvement activities.\n\n Day-to-Day Responsibilities\n\nMaintain a technical understanding of the portfolio and work with leadership and program offices to develop artifacts that track portfolio performance.\nCoordinate, develop, review, analyze, assess, staff, and monitor policy and guidance conformance.\nCoordinate internal and external conferences, meetings, and reviews; prepare briefing materials and support Configuration Control Board Integration (CCBI).\nInitiate, coordinate, and support multifunctional teams with stakeholders from multiple internal and external organizations.\nPerform data collection, requirements decomposition, develop materials, support portfolio analysis, and maintain awareness of project status and related information.\nProvide technical and analytical support, assist in identifying and mitigating program risks, and support the preparation, review, and submission of responses to formal taskers.\nDesign interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics using tools such as SQL and Power BI.\nCoordinate with leadership on operational activities, strategic plans and goals, internal program reviews, tasking and administrative staffing processes, and mission-critical SOPs and process workflows.\nUpdate presentation materials with current cybersecurity activity information and support the development of spend plans and Objectives and Outputs.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nActive Secret Security Clearance\nAt least five (5) years of experience in project management, DoD acquisition, or another related subject of comparable complexity and responsibility.\nAt least five (5) years of comprehensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Word.\nAt least three (3) years of SharePoint-related experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nUnderstanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) as an organization.\nKnowledge of the DoD Acquisition Process.\nBasic understanding and knowledge of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) defense equipment.\nAbility to write, review, and staff high-level staff action papers, studies, policies, and acquisition documents.\nAbility to independently manage, synchronize, and track multiple complex and cross-functional actions.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nExperience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.\n\nIn compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position with ANSER, please call 703-416-2000 or e-mail Recruiting@anser.org\n\nANSER is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
