Extensive construction management experience and involvement in strategic planning and implementation desired.ResponsibilitiesFacilitates project leadership meetings.Facilitates team performance evaluation meetings.Facilitates Big Room Partnering sessions.QualificationsEDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or other related field, with related advanced education preferred such as an MBA or Master's degree.Extensive experience in areas such as developing business models, business operations, leadership development, facilitation, or corporate-level management.SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
