Non-exempt staff members receive overtime pay at 1.5 times their regular rate for any hours exceeding 40 per week, or as mandated by local or state regulations. Final compensation is determined based on your specific experience, education, and skill set. Full-time team members may choose from various benefit options, which may include medical, vision, and dental coverage, health savings accounts, 10 days of paid time off, 3 days of bereavement leave, and 401(k) participation with a company match.
