Through our products and the need for less packaging materials, we reduce the carbon footprint."The future is circular“Summary:Highly strategic, detail-oriented leader serving as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day operations related to the management of RPCs within Walmart’s Fresh Produce Supply Chain. Drives the development and execution of comprehensive product strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive effective decision-making and customer-focused solutions.Key Responsibilities:Own and lead the day-to-day Walmart program across the IFCO organization, with accountability for forecast planning, customer rollout execution, and delivery against budget, volume, and performance targetsLeverage data and analytics to identify, activate, and drive volume growth opportunities through new item rollout, supplier compliance improvements, and year-over-year performance gainsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and Walmart stakeholders to align on growth strategies and ensure successful execution across the supply chainLead the ongoing development and enhancement of retail data solutions in partnership with Walmart, utilizing retailer data to uncover actionable insights that drive volume, improve asset control, and strengthen supply chain accountabilityProactively identify risks and opportunities within the network, translating insights into strategic actions that support growth and operational efficiencyPartner across internal teams (S&OP, commercial, finance, operations, and logistics teams) to expand core business, optimize existing programs, and unlock new areas of growth within the Walmart ecosystemStrengthen and evolve the strategic partnership with Walmart by delivering data-driven recommendations, improving visibility, and aligning on shared business objectivesDevelop and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards to provide end-to-end visibility into the Walmart program, delivering actionable insights to drive performance and decision-makingPrepare and present strategic updates and performance reviews for executive leadership, project steering committees, Walmart stakeholders, and grower partnersQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business or agribusiness-related fieldMust be geographically located to assigned customersExperience in fresh produce retail analytics is highly preferredMinimum 5 years of related experience in data analytics (POS data, such as Retail Link)Previous experience contacting regional and national retailers at all organizational levelsDemonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with customers, 5+ years of related experience, preferably in the fresh produce industryPrior experience working with and/or calling on Walmart preferredSkills & KnowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to be self-motivated and succeed with limited direct supervisionProven planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment, and the capability to identify needed resources and dispatch them quickly to improve performanceComputer literacy required, including proficiency in standard business applications included in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI (Qlik Sense added plus).What We Offer:Competitive benefits starting on the 1st of the month after hire.401(k) with immediate vesting and company match.Annual bonus and merit increase potential.A collaborative environment with leadership development opportunities.At IFCO, we believe that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace makes us a more relevant, more competitive, and more resilient company.
