We partner with best-of-breed web technology providers to build on the most modern front-end frameworks.\nWe are looking for a Software Engineer to help produce the best-in-class digital experiences for our clients and can't wait for you to join the team!\nDetails of the Role\nLocation: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Remote)\nType of Work: Full-time Contractor, available to work up to 40 hours per week\nWorking Hours: PST (Pacific Standard Time)\nYears of experience: 2-4 Years\nThe Day to Day\nWork with product designers, other developers, and stakeholders to create user-friendly experiences\nMaintain up-to-date documentation, usage guidelines, and component libraries, supporting designers and other developers in adopting and implementing the system effectively\nAssist in leading or developing on different projects, ensuring successful execution from planning to deployment.\nCommunicate technical feasibility and alternative solutions when roadblocks are discovered to clients and internal team members\nWrite high-quality, clean, efficient, performant, and well documented code to create reusable and modular components\nIntegrate and manage content through variety of CMS, ensuring seamless delivery across the application\nBalance constraints, limiting short-term workarounds, while focusing on future extensions\nQualifications\nHighly experienced using JS Frameworks (React, Typescript, Gatsby.js, Next.js, etc.)\nProficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.\nStrong understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.\nProficient understanding of NodeJs\nProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT\nAn excellent ability to convert Figma/Sketch mockups into interactive digital experiences while taking performance and accessibility into consideration\nImplementing and maintaining various content management systems (Sanity, Contentful, Dato CMS, WordPress, Storyblok, Builder.io, Prismic, Strapi, Hubspot, etc.)\nMinimum 1-2 years of Wordpress experience (plus)\nExcellence in verbal and written communication, and in working collaboratively with a variety of colleagues and clients in challenging circumstances.\nExcellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills\n\nWe’re looking for someone who:\nIs an Analytical thinker. Asks thoughtful questions and identifies project roadblocks\nTakes ownership and independently executes.
