Head of Marketing
This is a highly hands-on role suited for a performance-oriented marketer who enjoys building within a small team and can move seamlessly between strategic planning and day-to-day execution. We’re looking for someone who brings forward high-impact ideas, uses data and insights to guide decisions, and is energized by working closely with a leadership team who is ready to test, learn, and act. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy, Execution & OptimizationDefine and own the company’s marketing roadmap and strategy to support near- and long-term growth objectivesPlan, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across platforms to drive customer and revenue growthOwn and improve key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period.Build and maintain dashboards and attribution models to evaluate performance across channels and campaignsRun experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign results and conversion rates.Use cohort and RFM (Recency / Frequency / Monetary) analysis to identify high-value customers and retention opportunitiesConduct full-funnel analysis to identify bottlenecks and conversion gapsExecute quickly, measure results, and iterate with expediency and focus.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork directly with the creative team to test, analyze, and optimize marketing content.Partner closely with the e-commerce team to align marketing initiatives with growth prioritiesPartner with store teams to drive in-store traffic, conversion, and revenue through coordinated marketing initiativesMarket Insights & PlanningStay current on trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure competitivenessHelp strategize, plan, and monitor the annual marketing budget, identifying high-ROI opportunities.What We Are Looking For8+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally with a premium or e-commerce brandBased in Boston (or willing to relocate) and available to work in-person 5 days/weekCommitted to thoughtfully growing a premium brand, with an appreciation for creativity and designDeep experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker (or other BI tools), and a strong understanding of attribution frameworks, marketing efficiency ratios, and customer lifetime valueEager to experiment with creative growth strategies, test rapidly, analyze results, and adapt quickly.Excited about exploring new technologies and AI tools to boost effectiveness and efficiencyThrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited to roll up their sleeves and execute.Exceptionally analytical and action-oriented, with the drive to turn insights into resultsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.Passion for chocolate, food, or premium retail is a plus.
