Administrative Assistant

Office Admin Assistant: Responsibilities will include but not limited to admin. support, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, filing, billing, create purchase orders, shipping, track orders. Required to be experienced in office administration and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Proficient in Quickbooks, accounting or bookkeeping skills preferred, payroll. Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal, great customer service, as well as excellent reading and comprehension skills, and must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
