The role collaborates with a wide range of internal partners, including Commercial Execution, the Project Management Office (PMO), and subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that advance both certification and commercial (B2B and B2C) education initiatives.\r\nThis position ensures that all learning products meet IACET standards for continuing education and CEU eligibility, reflect sound adult learning principles, and leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance content creation, learner engagement, and personalization while maintaining ethical and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration and project management skills and possess deep knowledge of instructional design, adult learning frameworks, and iterative development methodologies.\r\nPrevious experience with Smartsheet, ProofHub, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, LMS/CMS platforms, and/or AI tools is a plus.\r\nThe salary range for this role is $56,680-$70,850. Any extended offer is based on the candidate's experience and overall fit for the role.\r\nMain Responsibilities\r\nDesigns, develops, and implements engaging learning content and assessments using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.\r\nApplies micro-modular design thinking in the design and development of learning content, ensuring accessibility, engagement, and alignment with ASQ's learning strategy.\r\nDevelops and maintains instructional materials that align with IACET standards for continuing education and CEU eligibility.\r\nLeverages AI tools for content development, adaptive learning, and learner analytics while ensuring ethical and compliant use.\r\nCollaborates with SMEs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure content meets educational and organizational standards.\r\nCreates and edits multimedia assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).\r\nConverts and adapts training content across modalities, including transitioning instructor-led training (ILT) to e-learning or blended formats.\r\nTroubleshoots and resolves reported course issues, as assigned, balancing a commitment to quality with urgent and effective action.\r\nContributes to process improvements and curriculum enhancements based on voice-of-the-customer (VOC) feedback and emerging technologies.\r\nManages multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines and quality requirements.\r\nAdheres to ASQ Competencies: Trust, Accountability, Collaboration, and Transparency.\r\nPerforms all other duties as assigned.\r\nWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements\r\nHybrid Office Environment with Tuesdays & Wednesdays office at the Milwaukee Headquarters location.\r\nBring Your Best: Position Minimum Qualifications\r\nA bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or related field\r\nA minimum of 2 years of professional experience designing learning products for adult learners, or an equivalent combination\r\nMust be able to comply with attendance and timeliness policies.\r\nThe Location\r\nASQ is conveniently situated in downtown Milwaukee, immediately adjacent to major freeway exits and the robust downtown economy.
