If you thrive in a vibrant atmosphere and enjoy engaging with guests, we want to hear from you!\nResponsibilities\nGreet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive.\nTake accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all orders are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.\nProvide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.\nServe food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.\nMonitor guest needs throughout their meal, ensuring timely service and addressing any concerns that may arise.\nCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods, assisting with food preparation as needed.\nHandle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary.\nMaintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.\nUphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.\nExperience\nPrevious experience as a Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.\nFamiliarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.\nCulinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is an asset.\nStrong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.\nExcellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.\nBasic math skills for handling transactions accurately; cash handling experience is beneficial.\nKnowledge of sanitation practices within the food service industry is essential.\nExperience as a host/host or in guest services can be advantageous.
