Apprentices work across three domains: Batch Room Quality Functions, Laboratory Analysis, and Packaged Quality, building technical mastery and reinforcing the connection between Quality, Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance.\nResponsibilities Perform quality control tasks in batching, lab, and packaged quality.\nSample and test bulk ingredients.\nVerify lot numbers and item accuracy of batch kits.\nAccurately document quality data in a timely manner.\nCalibrate lab equipment such as pH meters, automatic titrators, DMAs, and refractometers.\nCollect and analyze in‑process product samples to verify Brix, pH, Titratable Acidity, and other parameters meet specifications.\nAnalyze data to identify trends or risks to product integrity or safety.\nSupport seam inspections, pasteurization validation (data logger analysis), and sanitation verification using ATP swabbing.\nPerform packaging quality checks.\nCollaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Batching, and other departments to ensure seamless quality operations.\nAdhere to escalation procedures and implement reaction plans as necessary.\nDrive continuous improvement of quality standards and contribute to a strong Quality Culture.\nSupport the implementation of quality and food safety procedures under the guidance of the Quality Supervisor.\nQualifications Completed coursework in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.\nPrior experience in beverage manufacturing or quality control.\nExcellent communication skills and a team player.\nStrong personal computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WHS systems).\nAbility to work under pressure in an extremely fast‑paced environment.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nBenefits 100% PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees; 50% for dependents paid by the Company.\nCell phone stipend.\nAnnual discretionary bonus.\n401(k) match program.\nPet insurance.\nLife insurance.\nMore benefits available.\nWorking Conditions Work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variation.
