access control, contingency response, and related security tasks.\nAnalyze security records, including DA Form 4930-R, to identify trends, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance.\nDevelop and execute training programs, conduct operational drills, and lead contingency response efforts.\nEnsure compliance with Government security policies, reporting requirements, alarm records, and intrusion detection documentation.\nAct on behalf of the contractor on matters related to daily security operations and respond to the COR as required.\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum five (5) years of experience in military or civilian security guard operations.\nAt least two (2) years of management experience.\nDemonstrated expertise in physical security, access control systems, and integrated Electronic Security Systems (ESS).\nProven ability to develop and execute training programs, conduct operational drills, and lead contingency response efforts.\nThorough familiarity with Government security policies and reporting requirements, including alarm and intrusion detection records.\nMust possess and maintain an active U.S. SECRET security clearance for the life of the contract.\nSchedule is
