Client Relations Specialist

Job Functions Greet calls warmly and responds to client requests Act as the “voice” of our company Professional interaction with clients daily Assist clients with order requests and tracking updates Provide clients with service information Follow up on customer inquiries Follow procedures and ensure client satisfaction at all times Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using a computer system Basic Requirements Spectacular phone etiquette Proven customer support experience Work in a team and collaborate with different departments Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
