In this full-time role, you'll work alongside pharmacists to support the preparation and dispensing of medications while ensuring friendly, professional service to patients. Our mission is rooted in providing high-quality, compassionate care—ensuring patients have access to essential health services close to home.QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentValid, active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license with the West Virginia Board of PharmacyStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing and occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs)Preferred:Prior retail pharmacy experienceNational Pharmacy Technician CertificationKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare medications for pharmacist review and final dispensingAccurately input and maintain prescription and patient dataProvide courteous customer service at the counter, drive-thru, and via phoneRestock shelves and check inventory for expired or low-supply medicationsAccept deliveries and reconcile vendor shipmentsOperate cash register and ensure HIPAA complianceCollaborate with BMH providers and clinic staffMaintain pharmacy records and patient profilesUtilize CPSI to retrieve demographic and insurance informationSupport physical inventory and maintain a clean, organized work environmentAssist with other assigned duties as directed by pharmacy leadershipOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not intended to provide an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or activities associated with this position.
