In this role, you will contribute to architecture studies, technology selection, cloud and infrastructure engineering initiatives, security improvements, operational excellence, and technical governance. You will work closely with service delivery, engineering, and database teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions while supporting strategic transformation initiatives\n\nWhat you will do on a daily base\nConduct architecture and technology studies, assessing business, technical, operational, and security requirements.\nDefine and evaluate solution architectures for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.\nPerform proof-of-concepts, technical assessments, and technology evaluations.\nDesign and implement infrastructure solutions involving virtualization and containerization technologies.\nSupport system hardening activities across Windows, Linux, databases, and application platforms.\nImplement and improve monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.\nContribute to cloud transformation initiatives using Kubernetes, SDN, and SDS technologies.\nDesign and implement authentication and PKI-based security solutions.\nPerform capacity planning and provide recommendations based on usage trends and forecasts.\nPrepare technical specifications and support technical evaluations of supplier proposals.\nPlan and supervise migrations, deployments, and infrastructure modernization activities.\nAssess solution performance and recommend continuous improvements.\nSupport database implementation, customization, testing, quality assurance, documentation, and operational activities.\nIdentify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver technical training sessions.\nProduce and maintain high-quality technical documentation and operational procedures.\nYour Key Skills\nStrong expertise in solution architecture, infrastructure engineering, and enterprise IT environments.\nExperience with Windows and Linux server environments.\nKnowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies such as VMware, Docker, Hyper-V, Xen, KVM, and Kubernetes.\nExperience implementing monitoring and logging platforms.\nKnowledge of cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures.\nStrong understanding of authentication, PKI, and security best practices.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.\nAbility to evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices.\nExperience delivering technical training and knowledge-sharing activities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments.\nYour Main Qualifications\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar role.\nProven experience in architecture design, technology selection, implementation, testing, and operations.\nExperience with hybrid cloud, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise-scale IT solutions.\nExcellent knowledge of industry standards, technology trends, and state-of-the-art architectural practices.\nInternational experience in complex IT projects is highly valued.\nOne or more of the following certifications will be considered an advantage:\nITIL 4 Foundation\nMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals\nMicrosoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert\nMicrosoft SQL Server Certifications\nMicrosoft Web Applications Certifications\nMicrosoft Windows Applications Certifications\nMCSA / MCSE Certifications\nMicrosoft SharePoint Server Certifications\nAWS Solutions Architect – Associate\nCertificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK)\nCertified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)\nWhat We Offer\nMulticultural Environment: Work alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds in an international and collaborative workplace.\nDiverse Projects: Support global organizations and contribute to innovative technology-driven initiatives.\nSkill Development: Enhance your technical and professional expertise through continuous learning and hands-on experience.\nCareer Growth Opportunities: Benefit from long-term development opportunities within a leading international IT organization.\nMeaningful Impact: Help deliver reliable IT services that support business success and user productivity.\nAxians is the VINCI Energies brand dedicated to Information Technology and Digital Transformation.
