There is a role for everyone who wants to be part of the innovative solutions at Natus Neuro.Job Title: Global HRIS AnalystDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: Remote- Preferred Central or Eastern timeReports To: Global HRIS ManagerRole OverviewThe Global HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimizing the Dayforce HRIS platform across the organization. This position is responsible for day-to-day system support, data integrity, reporting, and configuration, ensuring that HR, Payroll, managers, and employees have a reliable and effective experience when interacting with Dayforce.This role partners closely with HR Services, Payroll, and HRIS leadership to resolve issues, improve system behavior, and support ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and motivated by improving how HR technology works for its users.Key ResponsibilitiesHRIS Support & OperationsProvide Tier 1 support for Dayforce-related questions and issuesTroubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and support resolutionPartner with HR Services and Payroll to resolve recurring or high-impact issuesEscalate complex issues appropriately and support resolution through testing and validationSystem Configuration & MaintenancePerform basic Dayforce configuration across modules (e.g., Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Talent)Support regression testing and validation for system changes, patches, and releasesAssist with configuration cleanup and ongoing system maintenanceMaintain documentation and standard operating proceduresData Integrity & ComplianceMonitor and support data integrity across DayforcePerform regular audits, validation checks, and compliance testingSupport payroll accuracy through proactive data review and issue identificationAssist with testing related to regulatory or policy changesReporting & AnalyticsConfigure and maintain standard and ad hoc Dayforce reportsPartner with HR, Payroll, and leaders to deliver accurate, timely dataSupport dashboards and reporting enhancements that improve visibility and decision-makingCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with HRIS leadership on system enhancements and optimization effortsSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionalityContribute to improving system usability and user experienceHelp identify opportunities to reduce manual workarounds and recurring issuesWhat Success Looks LikeFaster resolution of Dayforce issues and fewer repeat problemsImproved data accuracy and payroll outcomesClear, reliable reporting for HR and business stakeholdersA more consistent and predictable Dayforce experience for usersRequired QualificationsExperience supporting an HRIS platform (Dayforce strongly preferred)Understanding of HR and payroll processesExperience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshootingStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsHands-on Dayforce experience across multiple modulesExperience supporting payroll or time & attendance systemsExperience with HRIS reporting and dashboardsPrior experience in a global or multi-entity environmentWhy Join UsOpportunity to play a hands-on role in improving a global HR platformWork closely with HR, Payroll, and business partnersInfluence how HR technology supports employees and leaders worldwidePay Transparency: Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $75-95K USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
