Senior Creative Lead - Marketing Agency

We’re a fast-moving digital agency helping brands grow through data-driven campaigns, standout creative, and bold execution.We’re looking for a Senior Creative Lead, Performance & Dynamic Creative to lead the strategy, production, and optimization of high-performing creative across channels.This is not a traditional brand-only creative role. This position sits at the intersection of creative, media, performance, data, and automation — owning creative performance from insight through execution and iteration.What you’ll doYou will lead performance-driven creative strategy across client accounts, building campaigns designed to convert and scale.Architect and execute omnichannel dynamic creative campaigns across paid social, video, display, and CTVDevelop and implement DCO frameworks, creative automation, and scalable personalization strategiesTranslate performance data into actionable creative direction and testing strategiesLead structured creative testing (hooks, formats, messaging, pacing, variations)Partner with digital and social teams to analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, hook rate, hold rate) and continuously optimize outputOwn creative performance reporting and storytelling for clients and internal teamsYou’ll also lead creative production and stay close to execution:Oversee end-to-end production of performance-focused creativeDevelop UGC-style, short-form, and high-volume ad variations for testingCollaborate with designers, editors, copywriters, and developers to scale productionSupport studio shoots and help shape stronger outputs across content teamsRepurpose long-form content into high-converting short-form creativeYou’ll help build and scale the function:Create production documentation, workflows, and best practicesContribute to new business conversations and performance-driven creative strategyHelp evolve Margle’s performance creative and automation capabilitiesWhat we’re looking forStrong background in performance marketing and creative productionExperience with DCO, creative automation, or scalable ad personalizationProven ability to produce and optimize high-performing short-form paid adsDeep understanding of paid media metrics and creative testing methodologyExperience working cross-functionally with media, analytics, strategy, and production teamsProficiency with tools like Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, or similarExperience using AI tools to support creative workflows is a strong plusAbility to balance strategic leadership with hands-on executionWho You AreYou’re part creative strategist, part performance marketer, and part builder.
