Reports will be used to determine performance. Analyst will provide actionable insights to leadership.\r\nYour role is to design and produce standard reports & dashboards, cubes, ad-hoc analysis, and various data visualization reporting solutions. You are responsible for gathering and documenting new reporting requirements and will produce report specifications. You will modify and enhance existing reports based on evolving business needs. You will validate and test reports to ensure accuracy and quality. You will participate in the design and development of business intelligence reporting tools. You will provide support and training to end-users.\r\nSpecific responsibilities include:\r\nWork closely with management to analyze and understand relevant data features and KPIs. Gather and document report requirements. Use reporting tools, applications, and/or queries to create and configure new reports and dashboards.\r\nGather complex data inputs from multiple sources, both internally and externally. Identify new data sources that will enhance business outcomes and support strategic and tactical objectives. Provide insight and guidance to leadership on the trends and drivers behind the results and prepare reports on findings.\r\nCreate and publish dashboards and scorecards related to team KPIs, TfB Retail activations, Consumer and Business Customer Verification. Output results used for performance measurement.\r\nResponsible for creating and maintaining adhoc and recurring processes to support program objectives.\r\nDevelop insightful data visualization for business leaders\r\nComplete complex ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting. Serves as a subject-matter expert on the team.\r\nSupport monthly quality reviews with reporting and analysis\r\nAlso responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.\r\nDevelop and produce standard reports and dashboards, cubes, ad-hoc analysis, and data extracts. Ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements.\r\nPartner with customers and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.\r\nWork closely with stakeholders to analyze and understand relevant data features and KPIs.\r\nGather data inputs from multiple sources. Automate data extracts and reporting refreshes. Ensure data and reporting integrity.\r\nManage day-to-day support issues ensuring effective and timely resolution. Resolve and track user issues. Design, specify, test, and document modifications and functional enhancements.\r\nCreate and maintain operational requirements and standards documentation.\r\nDeliver functional scope analysis and detailed solution design of the processes and reporting systems.\r\nFoster relationships with key cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders. Establish strong partnerships to obtain desired results.\r\nSupport cross-functional partners to problem solve and implement solutions.\r\nAssist with analysis, design, and testing of various enhancements and changes to data/reports.\r\nConduct trouble shooting for reporting anomalies and build safeguards for correct data in reporting.\r\nTrack and communicate project risks, team activities and project status to management and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.\r\nJob Requirements:In-depth, demonstrated advanced Excel and SQL experience. Hands-on experience with reporting solutions such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. Excellent visual skills and demonstrable design knowledge; expertise with charting and other data visualization techniques. Knowledge of MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio. Strong analytical skills (recommendations, scenarios, insights backed with data).
