This role defines, documents, and performs system configurations while collaborating with the onboarding team members to identify defects and manage rework throughout the implementation cycle. It requires a strong understanding of business processes and tasks to ensure seamless integration and support for others in performing their roles effectively. The position plays a critical part in delivering accurate, efficient onboarding solutions that meet client requirements.\n\nThe Gig:\n\nLead requirements gathering sessions with customers and produce platform requirements that meet their business and benefits administration needs.\nGathers, analyzes, and understands system requirements for the execution of ongoing work and during Annual Enrollment.\nWork directly with customers to troubleshoot, research, and resolve questions and issues relating to the platform.\nPartner with Architect II resources to design solutions to ensure best practices are leveraged and identify any downstream impacts.\nResponsible for completing Decision Support document, work orders and creates work requests for the configuration and analyst resources to execute.\nPartner with Configuration Specialists and System Design Analysts to support configuration of defined platform requirements.\nOperates effectively within the project timelines/SLAs to meet and / or exceed expectations and business drivers.\nBuilds trusted client partnerships.\n\nWhat you need to make the cut:\nBachelor's Degree require or equivalent 5+ years' implementation and/or project management experience\n3 to 6 years of experience gathering/analyzing data for writing system requirements, performing system configuration, and creating ETL processes for data transactions\n1 to 3 years of experience writing test plans & test cases\nExperience performing requirements gathering, functional and data analysis, and system design and configuration\nAbility to identify and document data types, rules, mapping, and conversation requirements\nExperience with a scripting and/or client-side programming language\nAbility to coordinate and conduct all levels of system and user acceptance testing\nAbility to maintain system documentation for internal and external use\nExperience working with multiple projects and collaborating with diverse resources to meet timeline objectives\nAbility to identify and escalate deficiencies in technical work and implementation plans\nGood listener, able to apply the knowledge gained effectively\nProven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-aced environment\nExceptional client relationship/consultative skill set required\nA self-directed team player: collaborative, seeks input, accepts and incorporates feedback from others, freely helps\nClient-focused, positive, and professional attitude.\nOrganized, detail oriented, accurate and responsive.\nThe pay range for this position is 70K to 110K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).\nThis role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.\n\nOther Compensation: If this position is full-time or part-time benefit eligible, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package which can be viewed here: https://businessolver.foleon.com/bsc/job-board-businessolver-virtual-benefits-guide/\nDear Applicant.\nAt Businessolver, we take our responsibility to protect our clients, employees, and company seriously and that begins with the hiring process.\nOur approach is thoughtful and thorough.
