Title: Project CoordinatorLocation: Holly Springs NCDuration: 8 months + extensionsThe Senior Project Management Coordinator supports the Client North Carolina site initiatives through project coordination, workforce planning support, metrics tracking, and event logistics. This role supports the Human Resources team to support strategic planning, resource coordination, dashboard reporting, and execution of workforce initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized and collaborative Senior Project Management Coordinator with experience supporting organizational strengthening initiatives, workforce planning activities, and talent acquisition operations. Skilled in managing dashboards, coordinating hiring plans, organizing events, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated ability to drive execution, improve reporting visibility, and support strategic organizational objectives.Day to Day Responsibilities:Metrics, Dashboards and ReportingMaintain project dashboards, metric reports, presentations, and documentation to support project visibility, organizational performance tracking, and communications.Hiring Plans, Recruiting Operations and Workforce PlanningCoordinate workforce planning activities including hiring plans, staffing forecasts, resource tracking, and recruiting operations in partnership with business stakeholders.Event, Workshop, and Logistics CoordinationCoordinate logistics for talent events, workshops, leadership meetings, and organizational engagement activities, including scheduling, vendor coordination, onsite arrangements, and event preparation.Operational Execution and Risk MonitoringMaintain project schedules, action logs, risk trackers, and milestone reporting while proactively identifying risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities to support operational readiness and execution.Assist with implementation of process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.Basic Qualification:Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
