Your focus is the same client, building real trust and meaningful connection.Position OverviewWe are looking for dependable, caring, and teachable individuals who want to make a genuine difference. You choose your schedule, and we do our best to match you with clients whose needs and hours fit your availability.We do ask for weekend availability - you may end up a with a schedule that lands during the week but we do have set schedules that include a weekend day.Shift times vary, we have a particular need for:Monday-Saturday 9AM-3.30PMShift lengths vary depending on the client’s needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with mobility, transfers, and personal care as neededLight housekeeping to maintain a safe environmentMeal preparation and help with hydration/nutritionSupport daily routines and encourage independenceCommunicate effectively with our care teamWhat We’re Looking ForOur core values are dependable, takes initiative, teachable, and professional, we hire based on these.Requirements:At least 18 years oldReliable transportationCurrent auto insurance (you may be driving clients)Ability to pass a DACS background checkDrug-free workplaceConsistent and reliable attendanceWilling to commit to your client(s) long-term when possibleCompensationNo CNA license required.
