Job Summary: The X-Ray Tech role requires a Registered Nurse who will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. The Registered Nurse will perform patient assessments, administer medications, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for interacting with patients, providers, and team members. Location:Burbank, California, United States Responsibilities: - Provide skilled nursing care to patients.- Perform patient assessments.- Administer medications as prescribed.- Develop and implement treatment plans.- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.- Provide case management services.- Deliver hospice care to patients in need.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Required Skills & Certifications: - Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.- Clinical Assessment skills.- Medication Administration skills.- Treatment Planning skills.- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Minimum of 2 years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience.- Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work. Preferred Skills & Certifications: - Specialities in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room. Special Considerations: - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Scheduling:- Start times vary from 0800 to 1100 as needed.
