Daily Drip Coffee & Desserts is now hiring for the Scottsdale Daily Drip, located at 6430 E McDowell Rd Scottsdale, AZ 85257 at the Entrada Plaza! Daily Drip Scottsdale is located close by to Papago Park & Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. We offer various types of coffee, drinks, crepes, pastries, & bites to eat such as toasts & croissant sandwiches & other cafe items. Daily Drip is open Monday-Saturday with different shifts throughout the day & closed on Sundays. Daily Drip is looking for dedicated Food Prep Team Member consisting of being a Crepe Maker & Kitchen Prep Crew Members to prepare and serve various made-to-order food items & crepes. Job responsibilities include making recommendations based on the preferences of customers, preparing food items, preparing crepes, and ensuring that customers are happy with their choices. This opportunity is a seasonal position designed for the busy holiday months, with the strong possibility & opportunity of continuing into a permanent role here at Daily Drip. For team members who demonstrate reliability, strong performance, and a genuine fit with our coffee shop & cafe culture, we frequently extend opportunities beyond the holiday season. We view this role as a potential long-term addition to our team! Note: this position’s compensation includes salary and tips. The starting salary rate includes from $16 per hour plus tips with the chance to increase from the base salary rate over time fairly quickly. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our guests! Previous experience is preferred, but not necessarily required as long as you're willing to learn while here at Daily Drip! Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter Prepare food items and crepes following recipes Serve prepared food Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) Keep the kitchen prep area clean Maintain stock of all needed materials Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers Take orders while paying attention to details Skills Hands-on experience with equipment and all kitchen equipment Knowledge of sanitation regulations Flexibility to work various shifts Ability to gauge customers’ preferences Communication skills Being able to work in a fast-paced environment & during rushes Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
