The Structural Assembler will be responsible for assembling and fabricating structural components according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural assembly, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.\nAssemble structural components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.\nInspect and verify dimensions of parts to ensure accuracy and quality.\nOperate machinery and equipment such as drills, grinders, and hoists.\nPerform quality checks to ensure assembled products meet specifications.\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace.\nAdhere to all safety regulations and company policies.\n\nQualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience.\nProven experience as a Structural Assembler or similar role.\nProficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.\nExperience with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.\nAbility to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.\nExcellent teamwork and communication skills.\nCommitment to safety and quality standards.\nMust be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required.\nMust adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instructions.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience in aerospace, automotive, or construction industries.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nPrimarily manufacturing/assembly environment. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds.
