Familiarity with real-time API\nenablement patterns (z/OS Connect, CICS Transaction Gateway, MQ-based\nrequest/reply) and data replication / CDC approaches (e.g., Debezium, Db2) is strongly\npreferred.\nApplied Gen-AI tooling for modernization — hands-on experience using generative AI\ntools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Developer / CodeWhisperer, Claude, or\nequivalent) for legacy code comprehension, COBOL/JCL analysis and autodocumentation,\ntest-case generation, and AI-assisted refactoring.
