The ideal candidate will have strong field experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final punch\nManage subcontractors and ensure adherence to plans, specs, safety protocols, and schedule\nCoordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure work meets quality and regulatory standards\nMaintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation\nLead jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance\nIdentify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays\nQualifications:\n5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial and/or multifamily construction\nExperience managing ground-up projects valued at $5M–$50M+\nIn-depth knowledge of construction plans, documents, and building codes\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools preferred\nOSHA 30 certification required\nCompensation and Benefits:\nCompetitive salary with project completion bonuses\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) with company match\nVehicle allowance or company truck\nPaid time off and holidays\nApplication Process:\nReady to take the lead on high-impact projects in Raleigh?
