Our Purpose: Bringing quality, safety, and sustainability to life.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nReporting to the Creative Director, the Multimedia Editor, Graphic Designer will work primarily with our video team to shoot, create and edit videos, including creating synthetic voice over tracks, and creating translated versions of the media. This person will also have the responsibility to lead design and translation projects as well as lead small teams on media shoots. The position also requires some graphic design work.\n\nSalary & Benefits Information\n\nIn addition to competitive compensation packages, when working with Intertek you can expect benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, generous vacation / sick time (PTO), tuition reimbursement and more.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\n\nWork with Art Directors and Instructional Designers to assemble and compile completed media in preparation for Quality Assurance\nCreation of the audio track files, using our current web service\nDownloading the resulting files and reviewing the audio to ensure the correct voice and quality\nRunning the files through a pre-set audio leveling software process\nDelivering the files to the appropriate folders in our file management system\nTroubleshoot and make any corrections to the audio using the same process above\nOverseeing and maintaining our voice over file tracker\nCommunicating with Art Directors, Video Editors Instructional Designers, and Project Managers on file status\nContribute to the quality assurance of all project deliverables\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nThis position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.\n\nMinimum Requirements & Qualifications:\n\nHighly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks while consistently delivering high-quality results.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and interact professionally with internal stakeholders and customers.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with familiarity in graphic design, video/audio editing workflows, and digital asset/project management tools such as Dropbox and Smartsheet.\nThrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.\nStrong creative problem-solving abilities, combined with a collaborative mindset, customer-focused approach, and commitment to delivering quality-driven outcomes.\nSelf-motivated, curious, and committed to continuous learning, with the technical and administrative skills necessary to support evolving business and production requirements.\nFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel as needed (typically 10–15% annually) and eligible to work remotely while residing legally in the United States.\n\nPreferred Requirements & Qualifications:\n\nExperience using project tracking and management software and services.\n\nFamiliarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects, Final Cut pro, DaVinci Resolve or other video media.\nExperience with sound design, audio effects and basic audio editing.\n\nExperience using Slack for cross-functional team communication.\n\nIntertek: Total Quality.
