During travel, transportation, lodging, and meals expenses are covered.\n\nWhat do our Construction Installers do?\nOur Construction Installers are responsible for using hand and power tools to install bird deterrent products such as bird netting and spikes in commercial facilities, including distribution centers, transportation facilities, and aircraft hangars. You will be working at average heights of 40 ft primarily in aerial lifts, on roofs, and on scaffolding. Construction Installers perform bird control services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices, ensuring that customer expectations are met and often exceeded. You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relations, fostering long‑term relationships with district offices, and communicating the actions taken during service.\n\nTrain company colleagues in respect to bird and bat applications\n\nDiscuss any unusual circumstances or problems immediately with your supervisor and/or sales representative\n\nActively participate in group meetings to develop new and better ways to meet and exceed our customers’ needs\n\nIdentify customer’s bird and/or problems and apply appropriate preventive steps where no problems currently exist\n\nSatisfactorily complete initial technical training and participate in update training to stay current with proven methods and practices\n\nMaintain your equipment and vehicle in a state of cleanliness and good working order for your own comfort and safety, as well as providing an appropriate appearance for our customers\n\nAssist sales and management personnel in reviewing accounts and up‑grading them as appropriate for the level of service, product, time requirements, and pricing\n\nResponsible for timely and proper completion of the customer’s and administrative reports\n\nResponsible for attaining level of productivity based on level of training, experience, and type of accounts serviced, including proper usage of all power equipment and aerial work platforms\n\nParticipate in off‑hours and weekends services when requested\n\nTolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations\n\nUse application and inspection equipment and small hand and power tools\n\nWhat do you need?\n\nTechnicians must be flexible with their working hours, able to work all shifts, and able to travel throughout our national coverage areas. Extended working hours (50‑60 per week) including nights and weekends may be required by customer needs.\n\nHigh school diploma or GED\n\nAble to enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend/descend stairs and balance/work off ladders up to 60 ft\n\nAble and uninhibited of heights\n\nAcquire a certification in Aerial Work Platforms and use of Hilti power‑activated equipment\n\nOperate aerial work platforms\n\nWork off/balance on fixed and swing scaffolding\n\nWill be required to obtain any required industry licenses\n\nMust possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence\n\nBase Pay Range\nHourly: $19.00 – $35.00\n\nWhile starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
