In this role, you will be responsible for locating, selecting, and preparing products for shipment according to pick tickets and customer orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong accuracy, and is comfortable working a regular mid-day shift with available overtime.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAccurately select and pull customer orders from warehouse storage using pick tickets or RF scanners.\n\nStage, pack, and prepare pulled inventory for packaging and shipping.\n\nInspect product quality and verify order counts to ensure accuracy before dispatch.\n\nSafely operate manual or motorized material handling equipment (pallets, hand trucks, etc.).\n\nAssist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation.\n\nAdhere strictly to all company safety protocols and warehouse procedures.\n\nQualifications\n\nPrevious warehouse, order picking, or inventory experience preferred.\n\nAbility to operate RF scanners and basic warehouse equipment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to match numbers and labels accurately.\n\nPhysical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.\n\nReliable transportation and punctuality for a 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM schedule.\n\nFlexibility to work required overtime as needed.\n\nBenefits & Perks\n\nCompetitive pay ($20.00/hr) plus OT\n\nComprehensive Medical & Dental Coverage\n\nAccrued Paid Sick Leave (PSL)\n\nAccidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance\n\nFull Steam Staffing will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
