This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.\r\nKey Responsibilities Operate cranes according to job site safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.\r\nPerform daily equipment inspections and report any defects or malfunctions.\r\nCommunicate with ground crew using hand signals or two-way radio.\r\nLift, move and position heavy materials using various types of cranes such as tower cranes, mobile cranes and overhead cranes.\r\nEnsure proper rigging techniques are used for each lift.\r\nMaintain accurate records of daily operations and complete necessary paperwork.\r\nQualifications Minimum of 3 years experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings.\r\nValid crane operator certification from an accredited program.\r\nKnowledge of safe crane operation practices and rigging techniques.\r\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and lift plans.\r\nPhysically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.\r\nWe welcome applications from Nepali nationals as well as foreigners who meet the job requirements.
