Part-Time/Janitorial/2nd Shift~~WEEKLY PAY, NO HOLIDAYS, NO WEEKENDS :)

Hey There :) We've got a Great opportunity for anyone looking for Janitorial Work on 2nd shift. We are looking for 1 person to work M-F, 4-6 hrs per shift. Location is in Becker, MN. Each shift has a lot of flexibility for start times, so that you are able to work your life around it easily! Shifts begin as early as 4pm, or you can clock in as late as 8 or 9pm, if needed. You are able to clock in anywhere in this window each day, you don't have to pick a specific time and stick to that every day unless that works best for you. You will track your hours via a phone app. There is never work on holidays, and no weekends (we even take xmas eve and black friday off!) Your birthday will be a paid day off, also. Birthdays are special & You should celebrate YOU and still get paid to do that :) The place is a huge paper mill with LOTS of offices, and a handful of break rooms, conference rooms, bathrooms and more. We do all the normal things like: garbage, sweeping, moping, toilets and sinks, filling paper supplies like towel and toilet paper, and wiping down all surfaces that people touch often or prepare food at. It is a 24 hour facility, and is very secure - so you're safe and there's always people there working so you're not alone! You will be using a card system to enter and exit the building along with a set of keys for all office doors. We really need someone reliable and trustworthy, who truly cares about the QUALITY of work they do. You'll be trained one-on-one with the current employee, Lauren, we've got there. So, you'll be trained in very well, and not just "thrown to wolves" as some jobs may do. We want to give you all the info and tools you need to be able to put out an excellent performance on a consistent basis. Once fully trained in, you'll be ready to do your shift solo at the building, or you can choose to team up with Lauren and complete the shift together. After you've worked with us for 6 months, you'll receive PTO time, and will also get holiday pay, the birthday pay, accumulated MN sick time, and even anniversary cash when you hit each annual anni date. We do also throw our employees cash here and there for things like excellent attendance, and going above and beyond! We've been contracted at this facility for the last 8 years, and plan to keep our contract indefinitely. They are extremely happy with us because of our consistent performance and level of quality and care we give. We must do whatever we can to uphold that, which is why we're looking for reliability and quality-based employees to fill the spots. We do need to wear some level of PPE in certain areas that include: safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, high visibility shirts, and steel-toed shoes.
