This role is built for someone who wants to own complex technical problems from scoping through handover, not just implement someone else's designs.\r\nWhat You'll Build\r\nDesign and deploy custom API integrations connecting HubSpot to third-party platforms and client systems\r\nBuild workflow automation solutions that go beyond native HubSpot capabilities using Node.js, Python, or PHP\r\nScope custom projects alongside Solutions Engineers, defining technical requirements, timelines, and feasibility\r\nDevelop repeatable, plug-and-play solutions that can be packaged and deployed across multiple clients\r\nConduct peer code reviews and support User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet client specs\r\nMaintain documentation covering architecture, logic, and troubleshooting steps for every custom build\r\nDeliver completed solutions to client teams with training and handover support\r\nQualifications\r\nHands-on experience with the HubSpot REST API for integrations and custom workflow logic\r\nBackend development proficiency in Node.js, Python, or PHP\r\nExperience building and deploying API integrations between CRM platforms and third-party tools\r\nStrong understanding of software development best practices including security, performance, and documentation\r\nBonus Points\r\nHubSpot CMS, Operations Hub, or custom-coded actions experience\r\nBackground in a consulting or client-facing agency environment\r\nFamiliarity with RevOps frameworks (sales ops, marketing ops, or customer success ops)\r\nExperience implementing automated testing frameworks\r\nCompensation and Benefits\r\nSalary: $120,000\r\nEmployment Type: Full-time\r\nWorkplace: Fully remote, US-based\r\nAdditional benefits details available during the interview process.\r\nInterested?
