This role is designed for a junior or senior college student pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field who wants real exposure to how complex construction projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered.The intern will work primarily in-office, supporting documentation, coordination, reporting, and analysis efforts, with select site exposure when appropriate. This is not a job-shadowing role—the intern will contribute meaningfully to active projects.Core ResponsibilitiesProject & Construction SupportAssist Project Managers and Construction Managers with:Meeting preparation and follow-upAction item trackingSchedule and milestone updatesSupport coordination across:EngineeringConstructionProcurementHelp maintain project logs and trackersDocumentation & ReportingAssist with:Document control and organizationDrawing and submittal trackingRFI and change log maintenanceSupport preparation of:Weekly project reportsDashboards and summary materialsHelp ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and up to dateData & Analysis SupportHelp track:Construction progressKey milestonesVendor deliverablesAssist with basic data analysis in Excel or similar toolsSupport continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps or inefficienciesLearning & DevelopmentLearn how:Design, procurement, and construction interactDecisions are made in fast-track construction environmentsParticipate in internal meetings and reviewsGain exposure to professional standards, workflows, and expectationsRequired QualificationsCurrently enrolled as a junior or senior in a bachelor’s program in:Construction ManagementEngineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)ArchitectureOr a related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working in:ExcelPowerPointGoogle Workspace or Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in an in-office environmentPreferred / Nice To HavePrior internship or coursework related to construction or engineeringFamiliarity with:Construction documentsBasic scheduling conceptsStrong curiosity and willingness to learnProfessional, reliable, and detail-orientedBenefits* 401K Retirement Plan with matchMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance And other perks!
