It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.\nReaction Time — ability to quickly stop equipment (ex. equipment jams; material is stuck; etc.)\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\n\nThis is a very physical position requiring extensive standing, bending, turning and lifting for much of the workday. The selected employee must have the ability to:\n\nLift and transport 25-50 pounds during the shift.\nAbility to visually inspect all work for defects\nAbility to distinguish colors\nThe ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of shift.\nClimb, bend, reach, carry, push/pull, twist and turn, crouching, and stooping.\nManual dexterity.\nEducation and/or Experience\nHigh School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.\nPrevious experience setting up and operating Lettershop equipment is desired.\nAbility to sort and prepare mail while following USPS rules and guidelines.\nLanguage Skills\nAbility to independently communicate verbally in English\nAbility to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English\nExcellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening\n\nStreamworks is an equal opportunity employer.
