This position will be responsible for supporting EBQ’s clients through website/email development, optimization, and maintenance.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\n\nCreate website layouts/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript best practices\nWork with designers to develop designs into website elements\nImplement responsive web design across devices (desktop, mobile, tablets) and web browsers\nWork with the content team to implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and review all web-related analytics\nOptimize landing pages for digital marketing purposes\nDevelop emails and templates that are responsive across email clients and devices\nCreate and maintain documentation\nTroubleshoot, test, and maintain websites to ensure optimal security and functionality\nEfficiently test and troubleshoot issues as problems arise\nAssist the marketing team in various integrated communication and marketing activities\nConsistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor\nRetain training and direction from management\nAdhere to company policies and values\nWork effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nHighly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills\nHighly knowledgeable of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript\nUnderstanding of responsive design and browser testing tools\nStrong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset\nReliability and strong work ethic\nA willingness to constantly learn\nProcess-oriented\n\nProficiency in the following areas is desirable but not required\n\nProficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, and/or Webflow. Open to learning other CMS and page builders as needed\nAbility to administer and manage websites using hosting providers such as WPEngine, GoDaddy, Bluehost, or DreamHost\nExperience with PHP and WordPress webhooks\nRelational databases (SQL/MySQL)\nUnderstanding of user experience/user interface principles\nUnderstanding of email marketing platforms (i.e., HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.)\nExperience with e-commerce (i.e., WooCommerce/Shopify)\nAdobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)\nProject management software\nCDN integrations (Cloudflare)\nVersion control (GitHub)\nWebsite optimization (speed, accessibility, security, etc.)\n\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
