Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc. Being able to see the big picture, but still, roll up your sleeves and dig into the problem to execute towards the client’s project goals.The PM needs to possess the unique ability to drive decision-making. They’re there from start to finish. They are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects. Impressive executive presence and communication abilities, passion for technology and being a part of the nationwide, mission-driven, organization. Cross-department collaboration and communication is essential for this position.PST hours are preferableQualifications:10-12 years of hands-on experience in project or program management, stakeholder management, and vendor/client relationships.Strong understanding of AWS concepts, including Shift Left security, automated testing, and hands-on experience with tools such as AWS CodeBuild, AWS Lambda, and CI/CD pipelines.A clear understanding of DevSecOps principles and methodologiesProven experience in leading and guiding software engineering and DevSecOps teamsProven experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex technical projectsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for the teamProficiency in project management methodologies and toolsStrong understanding of project scope management, risk identification, and mitigation strategiesSolid understanding of the technical domain relevant to the projectAbility to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical stakeholdersExcellent presentation and communication skills are a MUSTAbility to manage multiple projects.
