This role provides safety support, guest assistance, emergency response, and enforcement of resort policies while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.\n\nJob Specifications:\nStarting Wage: $20.00/hr - $22.92hr\nEmployment Type: Year Round\nShift Type: Full Time hours available\nHousing Availability: Yes\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nProvide guest service support to property owners, guests, and employees throughout the resort.\nRespond to calls for assistance including vehicle jump‑starts, vehicle unlocks, intrusion alarms, and minor motor‑vehicle incidents.\nAssist with traffic management and pedestrian safety throughout resort roadways.\nSupport special events, concerts, holidays, and village operations as needed.\nEnforce resort and HOA policies and property regulations.\nInvestigate incidents and complete accurate written reports.\nCoordinate with emergency services and understand basic public safety procedures.\nConduct equipment inspections, including AEDs; manage keys, locks, and access systems.\nPerform additional tasks as assigned.\n\nJob Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)\nValid U.S. driver’s license (required)\nClean driving record and successful background check (required)\nStrong customer service experience (required)\nCurrent CPR/Basic Life Support certification (required)\nAbility to obtain Advanced First Aid Certification within 3 months of hire (required)\nEffective English communication skills, written and verbal (required)\nStrong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills (required)\nAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions (required)\nAbility to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, and crouching (required)\nAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (required)\nFlexibility with schedule changes as needed (required)\nCollege degree (preferred)\n\nThe expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.92hr.
