Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is one of the largest and fastest growing global legal services businesses, and as a ‘new law’ pioneer, we continue to lead the market we’ve created.With a global team of over 600 attorneys and consultants working across our secondments, legal advisory services, and legal operations & tech solutions, we want you to be a part of our exciting journey!We’re hiring! 🚀We’re looking for Contract Managers to join our team support a wide range of leading global technology clients.Our opportunities are ideal for a commercially minded legal professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment and are confident managing contracts, advising stakeholders, and handling complex matters.Key responsibilities:Draft and review a wide range of contracts in line with client playbooks and SLAsLead negotiations, identifying and escalating deviations while proposing practical, commercially sound solutionsCollaborate with legal and cross-functional teams to drive contracts through to completion in line with corporate policiesAct as a key escalation point, supporting resolution of more complex legal and contractual issuesContribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, materials, and playbooksSupport quality assurance by reviewing work and providing constructive feedback where neededBuild and maintain strong relationships with client legal and business stakeholders, ensuring high-quality deliveryRequirements:Qualified Lawyer2-5 years of experience in contract managementStrong commercial legal background, especially in contract drafting and reviewExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills*Only resumes submitted in English will be considered*.If you’re looking to grow your career in a dynamic, global environment, we’d love to hear from you.LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
