Job Description:Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.DermatologistPosition Summary The Dermatologist provides comprehensive medical care for patients with diseases and conditions of the skin, hair, nails, and mucous membranes.This role includes the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic dermatologic conditions, preventive skin care, and procedural dermatology within a patient-centered, evidence-based practice.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditionsProvide medical dermatology care for acute and chronic skin diseasesPerform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and electrosurgeryDiagnose and manage skin cancers and precancerous lesionsInterpret pathology results and develop treatment plansProvide patient education on skin health, disease prevention, and sun protectionManage chronic dermatologic conditions through longitudinal careCollaborate with primary care providers and other specialists as neededMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health recordParticipate in quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical education activitiesPractice SettingOutpatient dermatology clinicMay include hospital consults depending on practice modelMedical, surgical, and/or cosmetic dermatology based on provider scopePatient PopulationPediatric, adult, and geriatric patientsWide range of dermatologic conditionsQualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an accredited Dermatology residency programBoard certified or board eligible xibtplm in DermatologyEligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the practicing stateDEA registration or eligibilitySkills & CompetenciesBroad clinical expertise in dermatologic careStrong diagnostic and procedural skillsExcellent communication and patient education abilitiesCommitment to patient-centered, evidence-based careAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient settingWork EnvironmentDermatology clinical practiceTeam-based, collaborative care modelFocus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
