{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"ebdd44d7587e97822d4ef689","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ebdd44d7587e97822d4ef689","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ebdd44d7587e97822d4ef689","title":"System Administrator","description":"Everforth ECS is seeking a Systems Administrator to support its work in Quantico, VA office.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n\nSupport the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting enterprise network, server, virtualization, storage, firewall, and supporting infrastructure.\nSupport Windows Server and Desktop infrastructure and associated enterprise services.\nDevelop and implement Splunk dashboards.\nOversee the nightly backup process including media swaps at the data center.\nManage the patch download and deployment for the Microsoft components using WSUS.\nProvide end user support for USMC web application including troubleshooting issues in a multi-tier web application, user provisioning, and answering general questions.\nSupport infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle planning, cybersecurity requirements, and vulnerability remediation.\nMaintain and contribute to technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and annual system documentation reviews.\nOther duties as assigned\n\nRequirements:\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n2+ years of relevant experience systems administration, or a related discipline.\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent education, certifications, and experience.\nWorking knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, enterprise storage, backup/recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.\nStrong cross-platform troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently research, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems.\nWorking knowledge of cybersecurity hardening principles and secure enterprise environments.\nU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.\nMust possess DoD 8140 certification, (CompTIA Security+ CE) or obtain within 90 days of employment.\nAbility to work on-site at MCB Quantico.\n\nSalary Range: $85,000 – 135,000\n\nGeneral Description of Benefits\n\nReq Benefits:\nBenefits -
