This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support estimating and business operations.\nIf you're passionate about AI and enjoy finding smarter ways to solve problems, we'd love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nUtilize AI tools to assist with commercial construction estimating.\nDevelop and improve AI-driven workflows for estimating and operations.\nResearch and implement emerging AI technologies to improve productivity.\nSupport bid preparation using AI-assisted software.\nCollaborate with leadership to identify automation opportunities.\nCreate AI prompts, templates, and processes to streamline daily operations.\nAssist with data organization, reporting, and project documentation.\nStay current on advancements in AI and recommend new tools and strategies.\nQualifications\nExperience using AI platforms such as Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, or similar large language models.\nExperience with AI-assisted estimating or construction software is preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to learn new technologies quickly.\nExperience in construction estimating or commercial construction is a plus but not required.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually (based on experience)\nPerformance-based bonus\nOpportunities for career growth\nWork with cutting-edge AI technology\nCollaborative and innovative work environment\nPreferred Candidate\nWe're looking for someone who is naturally curious about AI, enjoys learning new technologies, and is excited to apply artificial intelligence to real-world construction and business challenges.
