With the continued support of our donors and retail customers, we are changing lives through the power of work.Position SummaryThe Talent Solutions Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client outreach, and securing job orders across the Greater Houston area. This role works closely with the Business Development Manager and recruiting team to deliver effective staffing solutions and ensure client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Own full-cycle sales, driving new revenue through strategic prospecting, deal execution, and account expansionBuild and grow a portfolio of strategic HTX accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and repeat businessDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies to establish and scale Goodwill Talent Solutions in the Houston marketIdentify, engage, and influence decision-makers, leading consultative sales conversations around workforce needsDiagnose client challenges and deliver tailored staffing solutions, including specialized talent for hard-to-fill rolesServe as the primary relationship owner for clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account growthPartner cross-functionally with recruiting to align on talent strategy, prioritize roles, and ensure successful deliveryAct as the voice of the customer internally, shaping service offerings, positioning, and delivery modelsEstablish and refine sales processes, outreach strategies, and pipeline management best practices to support scalabilityTrack pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics within CRM, with accountability to growth targetsRepresent Goodwill Talent Solutions in client meetings, site visits, and industry events to build market presence in HTXProvide market insights on workforce trends and hiring needs to inform strategy and competitive positioningTake on high-impact initiatives and evolving business needs to help build, scale, and strengthen the Talent Solutions functionWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredMinimum of five (5) years of experience in B2B sales or staffing operationsProven track record of generating new business and managing client relationshipsProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolsStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentTraits That Lead to Success:Client-focused with strong follow-throughTeam-oriented and eager to support across departmentsResourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting prioritiesProfessional communicator with both internal and external clients
