This partnership has enabled us to continue the BILSTEIN tradition of excellence.\n\nYour Responsibilities\n\nSummary:\n\nProduction Operation Technology Engineer manages, edits, and keeps updated and secure OT hardware, software, and databases in the production plant.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following. Others may be assigned.\n\nSupport and troubleshoot all Production IT- related situations.\nSupport the configuration of industrial systems.\nConfiguration, maintenance, and technical support of Beckhoff PLCs.\nInstallation and maintenance of Keyence and Cognex industrial vision systems.\nConfiguration of Zebra and Intermec printers on production lines.\nSupport in planning, installation, and updating plant ESD controls and standards.\nManagement of industrial interfaces and equipment in the production environment\nImplementation and maintenance of HMIs (Z-point and Brosis) software communications\nAdministration of STIWA specialized software for monitoring and analyzing manufacturing processes\nSupport for measurement systems such as Zeiss Calypso and Contura\nManagement of Technological Infrastructure for Production Systems\nAdministration of databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server), including queries, insertions, replications, and backups.\nDeployment of operating systems on production equipment using SCCM.\nAdministration of Trellix security console (formerly McAfee ePO Agent) to ensure system protection.\nManagement of web servers (XAMPP, IIS, Apache Tomcat) and secure communications (HTTP, HTTPS).\nManagement of Industrial Network and Communication\nAdvanced knowledge and management of network topologies, local network configurations, and communication between industrial devices.\nImplementation and support of CCTV video systems on production lines to ensure operational security.\nSupports Production OT topics at the primary production assembly plant, and as needed, supports off-site locations such as R&D facilities for testing and lab machines\nSupports Production OT topics for production assembly machines, lab machines, and test and development machines.\nCentral contact person for all Production OT topics at production locations within Presta North America\nTroubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues during production processes.\nDevelopment and maintenance of scripts and applications using languages such as PowerShell, Java, PHP, JSON, and JavaScript.\nBackup implementation using tools such as Acronis and Snapshot to ensure the availability of critical information.\nThe employee must maintain their Goals and Objectives on a fiscal year basis.\nDefine and maintain ME Role Specific and Personal Development goals each year.\nThe employee is expected to work closely with other departments within the production plant\nMaintains contact with the Global ME team to ensure our production plant is maintaining global standards and aligned with global strategy and initiatives.\nEffective communication skills and the ability to provide clear and precise technical documentation.\nAlways follows and supports all Company Safety policies, procedures, and initiatives.\n\nYour Profile\n\nQualifications:\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
