The Company is operating, building, and managing over 7 GW of projects across 38 States for Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, utilities, schools, and more than 40,000 customers across the United States.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\nSupport a variety of workflows and processes for multiple Structured Funds entities and related subsidiaries.\r\nPrepare journal entries and maintain supporting workbooks, schedules, and close files for monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.\r\nPerform account reconciliations, including bank and intercompany support financial reporting accuracy.\r\nRecord cash transactions, revenue, expenses and cost of goods sold across multiple portfolios and entities.\r\nAssist with financial statements preparation, consolidations and external reporting requirements and related analyses.\r\nWork closely with the Asset Management and Development teams to initiate, track, reconcile, and report on project payments, budgets, and actual spend.\r\nPrepare ad hoc reporting and analyses for Asset Management, Development, and other internal stakeholders.\r\nSupport periodic special projects and other team priorities as needed.\r\n\r\nA successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or MS in Accounting.\r\n1+ year of experience as a staff accountant or public accountant.\r\nStrong Excel skills.\r\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members.\r\nPositive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities.\r\nSelf-motivated with attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.\r\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, with guidance and support as needed.\r\nExperience with ERP accounting software is expected; NetSuite is preferred.\r\n\r\nLocation & Hours: This is a full-time hybrid position based in Washington, DC.\r\nCommitment & Compensation: The base salary for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
