Rides Maintenance Mechanic Team Lead

Overview:undefinedResponsibilities:JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the operation of the Ride Maintenance areas including repair and maintenance, preventative maintenance, service calls, training, scheduling of work and adherence to all safety, park and departmental policies.Qualifications:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• Three years prior experience as a ride mechanic at a Six Flags Theme Park or the equivalent preferred• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent• Must possess a valid Texas driver's license• Possess a thorough operational understanding of maintenance procedures to include State and OEM requirements• Have the capability to access all areas of the park (to include confined spaces and heights above 200ft); must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be capable of bending, squatting and kneeling• Possess a thorough working knowledge of the operation of hand and power tools, heavy equipment, etc.
